Benazir's last moments
This is the last known image of former Pakistan prime minister Benazir Bhutto alive.
She waves from her car just seconds before being fired upon in Rawalpindi.
Bhutto died from bullet wounds to her neck and head. More than 20 people were killed by a suicide bomber at the rally Bhutto had addressed just before she was assassinated.

Eight Lies Of A Mother~
. The story began when I was a child;I was born as a son of a poor family.Even for eating, we often got lack of food.Whenever the time for eating, mother often gave me her portion of rice. While she was removing her rice into my bowl, she would say "Eat this rice, son. I'm not hungry".That was Mother's First Lie2. When I was getting to grow up,the persevering mother gave her spare time for fishing in a river near our house, she hoped that from the fishes she got,she could gave me a little bit nutritious food for my growth. After fishing, she would cook the fishes to be a fresh fish soup, which raised my appetite. While I was eating the soup, mother would sit beside me and eat the rest meat of fish, which was still on the bone of the fish I ate.My heart was touched when I saw it.I then used my chopstick and gave the other fish to her.But she immediately refused it and said "Eat this fish, son.I don't really like fish."That was Mother's Second Lie.3. Then, when I was in Junior High School,to fund my study, mother went to an economic enterprise to bring some used-matches boxes that would be stuck in.It gave her some money for covering our needs. As the winter came,I woke up from my sleep and looked at my mother who was still awoke, supported by a little candlelight and within her perseverance she continuedthe work of sticking some used-matches box.I said, "Mother, go to sleep, it's late, tomorrow morning you still have to go for work." Mother smiled and said "Go to sleep, dear. I'm not tired."That was Mother's Third Lie.4. At the time of final term, mother asked for a leave from her work in order to accompany me.While the daytime was coming and the heat of the sun was starting to shine, the strong and persevering motherwaited for me under the heat of the sun's shine for several hours. As the bell rang, which indicated that the final exam had finished, mother immediately welcomed me and poured me a glass of teathat she had prepared before in a cold bottle. The very thick tea was not as thick as my mother's love, which was much thicker. Seeing my mother covering with perspiration,I at once gave her my glass and asked her to drink too.Mother said "Drink, son. I'm not thirsty!".That was Mother's Fourth Lie.5. After the death of my father because of illness,my poor mother had to play her role as a single parent.By held on her former job, she had to fund our needs alone. Our family's life was more complicated. No days without sufferance.Seeing our family's condition that was getting worse, there was a nice uncle who lived near my house came to help us,either in a big problem and a small problem. Our other neighbors who lived next to us saw that our family's life was so unfortunate, they often advised my mother to marry again. But mother, who was stubborn, didn't care to their advice, she said "I don't need love."That was Mother's Fifth Lie.6. After I had finished my study and then got a job,it was the time for my old mother to retire. But she didn't want to; she was sincere to go to the marketplace every morning, just to sell some vegetable for fulfilling her needs.I, who worked in the other city, often sent her some money to help her in fulfilling her needs, but she was stubborn for not accepting the money. She even sent the money back to me.She said "I have enough money."That was Mother's Sixth Lie.7. After graduated from Bachelor Degree,I then continued my study to Master Degree.I took the degree, which was funded by a company through a scholarship program, from a famous University in America .I finally worked in the company. Within a quite high salary,I intended to take my mother to enjoy her life in America .But my lovely mother didn't want to bother her son,she said to me "I'm not used to."That was Mother's Seventh Lie.8. After entering her old age, mother got a flank cancer and had to be hospitalized.I, who lived in miles away and across the ocean, directly went home to visit my dearest mother. She lied down in weakness on her bed after having an operation.Mother, who looked so old, was staring at me in deep yearn. She tried to spread her smile on her face;even it looked so stiff because of the disease she held out.It was clear enough to see how the disease broke my mother's body, thus she looked so weak and thin.I stared at my mother within tears flowing on my face.My heart was hurt, so hurt, seeing my mother on that condition. But mother, with her strength, said "Don't cry, my dear.I'm not in pain."That was Mother's Eight Lie.After saying her eighth lie, She closed her eyes forever! |

Hardly have they covered ten to fifteen steps , one of the smaller girl s slipped and fell down , due to bruises and pain she started crying . When other seven girls heard this sound , stopped running, stood for a while and turned back , they all ran back to the place where the girl fell down. One among them bent, picked and kissed the girl gently and enquired ' Now pain must have reduced' . All seven girls lifted the fallen girl , pacified her, two of them held the girl firmly and they all seven joined hands together and walked together and reached the winning post. Officials were shocked . Clapping of thousands of spectators filled the stadium. Many eyes were filled with tears and perhaps it had reached the GOD even! YES. HOW TO LOVE YOURSELF
Stop All Criticism - Criticism never changes a thing. Refuse to criticize yourself. Accept yourself exactly as you are. Everybody changes. When you criticize yourself, your changes are negative. When you approve of yourself, your changes are positive.Don't Scare Yourself - Stop terrorizing yourself with your thoughts. It's a dreadful way to live. Find a mental image that gives you pleasure (mine is yellow roses), and immediately switch your scary thought to a pleasure thought.Be Gentle And Kind And Patient - Be gentle with yourself. Be kind to yourself. Be patient with yourself as you learn the new ways of thinking. Treat yourself as you would someone you really loved.Be Kind To Your Mind - Self hatred is only hating your own thoughts. Don't hate yourself for having the thoughts. Gently change your thoughts.Praise Yourself - Criticism breaks down the inner spirit. Praise builds it up. Praise yourself as much as you can. Tell yourself how well you are doing with every little thing.Support Yourself - Find ways to support yourself. Reach out to friends and allow them to help you. It is being strong to ask for help when you need it.Be Loving To Your Negatives - Acknowledge that you created them to fulfill a need. Now, you are finding new, positive ways to fulfill those needs. So, lovingly release the old negative patterns.Take Care Of Your Body - Learn about nutrition. What kind of fuel does your body need to have optimum energy and vitality? Learn about exercise. What kind of exercise can you enjoy? Cherish and revere the temple you live in.Mirror Work - Look into your eyes often. Express this growing sense of love you have for yourself. Forgive yourself looking into the mirror. Talk to your parents looking into the mirror. Forgive them too. At least once a day say: "I love you, I really love you."Love Yourself .. Do It Now - Don't wait until you get well, or lose the weight, or get the new job, or the new relationship. Begin now -- and do the best you can. |

Ten worlds of Life
HUNGER: Consumed by desire and a sense of lack, Hunger is a state characterized by an insatiable desire. In this state, a person is tormented by relentless craving and by his inability to satisfy it.
INSTINCT (ANIMALITY): The state of Animality is governed by instinct, and one has no sense of reason or morality. A person in the state of Animality is in fear of the strong, but despises and preys upon those weaker than himself. One is dominated by a selfish ego. A person in this state is compelled by the need to be superior to others in all things, despising others and valuing himself alone.
ANGER: The fourth world is Anger. It's filled with various aspects of anger, hostility and rage, from whatever motivation and whether directed to others or toward oneself. This world also can involve striving for power and domination.
*These four states are collectively called the four lower worlds.
HUMANITY/TRANQUILIT WORLD: The fifth world is the normal basic state of neutral human experience. In this state, one can pass fair judgment, control one's instinctive desires with reason, and act in harmony with one's environment or society.
RAPTURE: The sixth world is Heaven or Rapture. This state indicates the sense of pleasure and ecstasy one feels when desire is fulfilled. However, the joy in this state is temporary and disappears with the passage of time or with even a slight change in circumstances. It is said that the shortest road to Hell (suffering) is from Rapture.
*These six worlds from Hell through Heaven are where the majority of people spend most of their time, moving back and forth among them. In these states, people are governed by reactions to external influences, and therefore they are extremely vulnerable to changing circumstances.
LEARNING: In the seventh world, learning - seeking some lasting truth - pervades. Generally one enters this life condition after pursuing the truth of life through the teachings of others. This life condition is relatively free from avarice, anger, stupidity, arrogance and doubt, as well as from bias or depravity. However, a selfish or arrogant mind, although hidden, is still present to some extent in this life condition.
REALIZATION: In this condition, one seeks some lasting truth through their own observations and effort, and attains a degree of emancipation by perceiving the chain of causation, or by observing the natural order. In other words, one understands cause and effect as the nature of life in the universe. Because this is a life condition reached by discovering the truth in the universe after much effort, the sense of fulfillment felt in this state may be deeper than that gained in the world of learning. *Realization and Learning can often turn into arrogance, because people in these life conditions become stubbornly attached to their own realization with its limited perspective. Learning and Realization are called the two vehicles. The defect of the two vehicles lies in the fact that persons in these states may primarily seek only their own salvation and enlightenment.
COMPASSIONATE ALTRUISM In the ninth world, one aspires to enlightenment, and also devotes oneself to compassionate actions and altruism. Those in this state dwell among common mortals of the Six Paths humbly, while respecting others. They seek to serve and benefit others. This life condition is characterized by the great desire to extend help to those who are suffering.
ENLIGHTENMENT or ACTUALIZATION: The highest life condition is a state of perfect and absolute freedom in which one enjoys boundless wisdom and compassion, and is filled with the courage and power to overcome all hardships. This is the condition underlying the rich, altruistic activities of the Bodhisattva, in which one takes the sufferings of others as his own and defies all obstacles to help others change their destiny. One demonstrates to others how they can call up their own Buddhahood from within themselves

INDIA is the Riches Country - A Must Read
Do you know that India is the richest country in the world!
Right now, India is the richest country in the world! Wondering how? It's really amazing.
It's due to Mr. G Vaidyaraj, who donated all his wealth, about which he actually did not know.
He is a descendent of Raja Krishnadev Raya from Mysore district.
For the last 300 years or so, three stones were worshipped in his house. But nobody tried to see what it was, except this person, who is a
lawyer by profession. One day, when there was nobody in his house, he took the stone out to see what it was that they worship.
Due to the dust deposited on it, from many many years, it looked only like a simple stone.
But when he touched it, some portion of the stone was cleansed.
And he saw a bright ray of light.
He saw something which attracted his attention. And he was amazed when he cleaned all of them. The whole room was filled with light.
He discovered they were diamonds of about 4600 carats each.
He informed the Govt. of India and the news is censored with its security.
It's now deposited in a Swiss Bank.
The cost of single diamond exceeds the GDP of USA + UK.
India can buy virtually 7 developing nations.
Even World Bank does not have enough money to buy it.
One diamond costs thrice the debt of World Bank over India.
One such diamond can buy 10 Bill Gates to you.
And the World Bank has proposed the Indian Govt. that it can pay India in Installment if it wishes to do so.
India's GDP is 34.25 billion dollars.
Bill Gates property is 95 billion dollars approximate so that is the way 'nature changes'.
Our Prime Minister has refused to sell it.
He said it will be sold or mortgaged for credit when we need it. Otherwise right now we have no problems.
You can go through Times of India with a small column on it a week ago.
Star TV presented a 115 min documentary on it about 15 days ago.
The Hindu with its half page article in it.
After that it was censored as classified.
Another good news is that in the Desert of Thar a deposit of Oil and
Natural gas have been found. This stores what Kuwait has in its stomach.
India can go with this ONGC energy reserve with another 30 years.
And moreover it can export it to other counties.
It's incredible!! But true.
An Indian boy in his 12th standard has disproved Einstein's 'Theory of Relativity'.
Shocked? Read on...
Sudarshan Reddy has theoretically proven the existence of a sub-atomic particle, which can travel at speed greater than that of light, thereby challenging one of the fundamental postulates of the 'Theory of Relativity'.
In his recent research paper submitted to the Institute of Advanced Physics (IAP) at Trieste (Italy), Sudarshan has proved the existence of a class of sub-atomic particles called leptons', which can travel faster than light.
The international physics community is shocked by this discovery.
Dr.Massimo Martelli, President of the IAP has this to say about the paper submitted by Sudarshan. 'After long, careful and critical
analysis, I can confidently say that Sudarshan's re search papers show tremendous leap in our understanding of physics. His investigation
mounts up on 'leptons'. His work builds substantially on the work of Einstein and others in the field of relativity.'
When physicists from Princeton University tried to measure Sudarshan's IQ with an IQ-meter (at the American Embassy in Delhi), the meter broke down.
Sudarshan, incidentally, is the brother of Madhu Reddy, the Indian whiz kid who developed an operating system superior to Microsoft Windows.
We should all be very proud of these boys.
Different Type of Computers
* PC - The personal computer (PC) defines a computer designed for general use by a single person. While a Mac is a PC, most people relate the term with systems that run the Windows operating system. PCs were first known as microcomputers because they were a complete computer but built on a smaller scale than the huge systems in use by most businesses.
* Desktop - A PC that is not designed for portability. The expectation with desktop systems are that you will set the computer up in a permanent location. Most desktops offer more power, storage and versatility for less cost than their portable brethren.
* Laptop - Also called notebookslaptops are portable computers that integrate the display, keyboard, a pointing device or trackball, processor, memory and hard drive all in a battery-operated package slightly larger than an average hardcover book.
* Palmtop- More commonly known as Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs), palmtops are tightly integrated computers that often use flash memory instead of a hard drive for storage. These computers usually do not have keyboards but rely on touchscreen technology for user input. Palmtops are typically smaller than a paperback novel, very lightweight with a reasonable battery life. A slightly larger and heavier version of the palmtop is the handheld computer.
* Workstation - A desktop computer that has a more powerful processor, additional memory and enhanced capabilities for performing a special group of task, such as 3D Graphics or game development.
* Server - A computer that has been optimized to provide services to other computers over a network. Servers usually have powerful processors, lots of memory and large hard drives.
* Mainframe - In the early days of computing, mainframes were huge computers that could fill an entire room or even a whole floor! As the size of computers has diminished while the power has increased, the term mainframe has fallen out of use in favor of enterprise server. You'll still hear the term used, particularly in large companies to describe the huge machines processing millions of transactions every day.
* Minicomputer - Another term rarely used anymore, minicomputers fall in between microcomputers (PCs) and mainframes (enterprise servers). Minicomputers are normally referred to as mid-range servers now.
* Supercomputer - This type of computer usually costs hundreds of thousands or even millions of dollars. Although some supercomputers are single computer systems, most are comprised of multiple high performance computers working in parallel as a single system. The best known supercomputers are built by Cray Supercomputers.
* Wearable - The latest trend in computing is wearable computers. Essentially, common computer applications (e-mail, database, multimedia, calendar/scheduler) are integrated into watches, cell phones, visors and even clothing!

Drops of OIL and the Secret of Happiness....
He suggested that the boy look around the palace and return in two hours. "Meanwhile, I want to ask you to do something," said the wise man, handing the boy a teaspoon that held two drops of oil. "As you wander around, carry this spoon without allowing the oil to spill." The boy began climbing and descending the many stairways of the castle, keeping his eyes fixed on the spoon. After two hours, he returned to the room where the wise man was.
"Well", said the wise man, "did you see the Persian tapestries that are hanging in the dining hall? Did you see the garden that took the master gardener 10 years to create? Did you notice the beautiful parchments in my library?" The boy was embarrassed, and confessed that he had observed nothing. His only concern had been not to spill the oil that the wise man had entrusted to him..
"Then go back and observe the marvels of my world", said the wise man. Relieved, the boy picked up the spoon and returned to his exploration of the palace, this time observing all the works of art on the ceilings and the walls. He saw the gardens and the mountains all around him, the beauty of the flowers. Upon returning to the wise man, he related in detail everything he had seen.
"But where are the drops of oil I entrusted to you?", asked the wise man. Looking down at the spoon he held, the boy saw that the oil was gone. "Well, there is only one piece of advice I can give you", said the wisest of wise men. "The secret of happiness is to see all the marvels of the world, and never to forget the drops of oil on the spoon.."
This story serves as just a little reminder that while we get all caught up in the frenzy of work and assignments, we mustn't forget about the "drops of oil", the things in life that really matter... friends, family, stuffed toys... and the ties that bind . . .
What Happens in Heaven
I dreamt that I went to Heaven and an angel was showing me around. We walked side-by-side inside a large workroom filled
with angels.
My angel guide stopped in front of the first section and said, "This is the Receiving Section. Here, all petitions to God said in prayer are received."
I looked around in this area, and it was terribly busy with so many angels sorting out petitions written on voluminous paper sheets and scraps from people all over the world.
Then we moved on down a long corridor until we reached the second section.
The angel then said to me, "This is the Packaging and Delivery Section. Here, the graces and blessings the people asked for are processed and delivered to the living persons who asked for them."
I noticed again how busy it was there. There were many angels working hard at that station, since so many blessings had been requested and were being packaged for delivery to Earth.
Finally at the farthest end of the long corridor we stopped at the door of a very small station. To my great surprise, only one angel was seated there, idly doing nothing. "This is the Acknowledgment Section," my angel friend quietly admitted to me. He seemed embarrassed "How is it that? There's no work going on here?" I asked.
"So sad," the angel sighed. "After people receive the blessings that they asked for, very few send back acknowledgments.
"How does one acknowledge God's blessings?" I asked.
"Simple," the angel answered. "Just say, "Thank you, God."
"What blessings should they acknowledge? " I asked.
"If you have food in the refrigerator, clothes on your back, a roof overhead and a place to sleep you are richer than 75% of this world. "If you have money in the bank, in your wallet, and spare change in a dish, you are among the top 8% of the world's wealthy.
"And if you get this on your own computer, you are part of the 1% in the world who has that opportunity. "
Also .....
"If you woke up this morning with more health than illness .... you are more blessed than the many who will not even survive this day.
"If you have never experienced the fear in battle, the loneliness of imprisonment, the agony of torture, or the pangs of starvation ..... you are ahead of 700 million people in the world.
"If you can attend a prayer meeting without the fear of harassment, arrest, torture or death you are envied by, and more blessed than, three billion people in the world.
"If your parents are still alive and still married... you are very rare.
If you can hold your head up and smile, you are not the norm, you're unique to all those in doubt and despair."
Ok, what now? How can I start?
If you can read this message, you just received a double blessing in that someone was thinking of you as very special and you are more blessed than over two billion people in the world who cannot read at all.
Have a good day, count your blessings, and if you want, pass this along to remind everyone else how blessed we all are.
Attn: Acknowledgment Dept:
Thank You God !
Thank you God, for giving me the ability to share this message and for giving me so many wonderful people to share it with".
10 RULES TO STAY YOUNG
2. Keep only cheerful friends. The grouches pull you down.
3. Keep learning. Learn more about the computer, crafts, gardening,
whatever. Never let the brain idle. "An idle mind is the devil's workshop" .
And the devil's name is Alzheimer's.
4. Enjoy the simple things.
5. Laugh often, long and loud. Laugh until you gasp for breath.
6. The tears happen. Endure, grieve, and move on. The only person, who is
with us our entire life, is ourselves. Be ALIVE while you are alive.
7. Surround yourself with what you love, whether it's family, pets, keepsakes, music, plants, hobbies,
whatever. Your home is your refuge.
8. Cherish your health: If it is good, preserve it. If it is unstable, improve it. If it is beyond what you can improve, get help.
9 Don't take guilt trips. Take a trip to the mall, even to the next county;to a foreign country but NOT to where the guilt is.
10. Tell the people that you love them, at every opportunity.
AND ALWAYS REMEMBER:Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away.
How to relax our Mind?
In a contrast, a mind is relaxed and happy comes from positive thoughts. Transforming negative thoughts into positive thoughts is a hallmark of wisdom. It is well illustrated by Gautama Buddha, in an anecdote.
Once Buddha was addressing a large gathering of disciples. During the disclosure, one person, out of jealousy, abused Buddha. Buddha lovingly replied, “people are waiting to listen to my discourse in the neighbouring village; please do come tomorrow”.
The man was shocked. He asked Buddha, “Are you not hurt by my harsh words?” Buddha replied, “In order to hurt me, you should have met before my Enlightenment. Just as fire loses its potency when it comes into contact with water, your words, even though full of fury, lost their sharpness when they are hurled at me now”.
This is the positive thought centre one has to awaken. Before Buddha’s Enlightenment everything and everybody hurt him. But after he attained illumination the negative thought centre has changed completely. There is yet another story that inspires us into a different thought process.
Once a father felt disturbed when his son made noise. He thought of a method to calm his son. He tore a world map into pieces and asked his son to join them. To his surprise, the son came back with the world map neatly pasted, in a few minutes.
How did you this? Asked the father. The son replied, “Behind the world map, there was a picture of a man and I could join them easily.” Here the father, who was not aware of son’s potential, was finally led to discover it. It is an awakening for the father that he could channalise his son’s energy and intelligence for a positive cause.
Let us change ourselves. The world will change by itself. At the same time, let us not get lost in changing only ourselves and forget to include others in our growth. We live in an “I and you” world.
Think over on the following.
To a question, “Who is flying the kite”?
A boy replies, “I am flying the kite”.
The tail of the kite says, “I am flying the kite”.
The string says, “I am flying the kite”.
Voice of the lord said, “Oh! Children, we are flying the kite”.
Hence, the Vedic prayer says, “Let us all be Enlightened.”
We can relax in this world only when we teach our selves and others to strengthen our strengths and weaken our weakness.
Whatever be our weakness, if we identify it, the negative thought centre in us will lose its grip on us.
Life is both fair and unfair. Learn to be a good discoverer. Studies show that happy people are good discoverers and also have the courage to encounter unfairness.
Let our goodness come from our strengths, not from weakness.
